Code for installation and commissioning of low-voltage switchgear

 

1 Scope

       This Code stipulates various requirements for process preparation, assembly debugging and inspection of low-voltage switchgear assembly and commissioning.

       This code is applicable to the assembly and commissioning of all kinds of low-voltage switchgears with AC voltage 1000V DC 1500V and below hydraulic busbar bending.

3. Required equipment, tools, parts and materials

3.1 Equipment

Drilling machine, crane.

3.2 Tools

       Tape measure, electric drill, angle grinder, wallpaper knife, caliper, electric wrench, screwdriver of various specifications and manual wrench. Standard car. Transfer vehicle.

3.3 Parts and materials

       Low-voltage cabinet parts, drawers, signs, analog busbars, eyebrows, cable clips, insulation boards, etc.

3.4 Electrical components

       Circuit breaker, knife switch, current transformer, contactor, thermal relay, control (protection, signal) relay, etc.

       Ammeter, voltmeter, watt-hour meter, reactive watt-hour meter, various control switches, buttons, signals

     Lights etc.
