Installation of electrical components in low-voltage switchgear

 

Electrical appliances and functional units installed on the same bracket should be easily accessible during installation, wiring, maintenance and replacement.

There must be a certain installation distance and a safe arcing distance between adjacent electrical components.

   6.2.2 Heavy electrical components and electrical appliances with large vibration (such as large-capacity contactors and starters) should be installed in the lower part of the housing or screen frame, so that the center of gravity of the entire housing is lower and relatively stable copper busbar cutting machine.

   6.2.3 Precision instruments, time relays, protection relays, etc. should have electrical components with strong vibrations at a distance (if necessary, rubber components should be added to the electrical components that generate strong vibrations to appropriately reduce their vibration effects).

   6.2.4 The heat-generating components should be kept at a certain distance from the general components. If they are light in weight, they can be installed upward.

    6.2.5 Installation location of electrical components

       If there is a clear provision on the drawing, it should be in accordance with the requirements of the drawing. If there are no special requirements or the requirements are not clear, the requirements of Table 5 should be met (based on the base plane).
